ОСНОВНІ ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ • Розуміти бізнес-вимоги, обсяг робіт та ERP-рішення у закріпленій функціональній області. • Забезпечувати ефективну підтримку поточних бізнес-процесів через ERP-систему. • Налаштовувати функціональні вимоги з урахуванням можливостей для подальших удосконалень. • Проводити навчання кінцевих користувачів ERP-системи. • Аналізувати прогалини в процесах та впроваджувати найкращі практики разом із локальними, регіональними та глобальними командами. • Документувати та погоджувати бізнес-процеси, що мають суттєві відхилення від корпоративних стандартів. • Готувати та проводити якісні навчальні сесії для кінцевих користувачів. • Забезпечувати готовність користувачів до роботи з новою ERP-системою. • Брати участь в інтеграційному тестуванні та оцінці бізнес-сценаріїв у взаємодії з іншими функціональними напрямками. • Координувати очищення та мапування даних для коректної роботи нової системи. • Забезпечувати безперервність бізнес-процесів під час впровадження системи та запуску (go-live). • Брати участь в оновленнях ERP-системи та глобальних ініціативах із її вдосконалення. • Організовувати додаткові навчальні сесії для підвищення рівня знань користувачів. • Виконувати інші завдання відповідно до потреб бізнесу.
