Reports To Manager, Sales Compensation What You Will Be Doing reputed company variable compensation changes and update systems accordingly Setup, reputed company, terminate new employees in Xactly Maintain Quotas, Variables Create and distribute Sales Compensation Plans to reputed company sales employees Troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accurate commissions are reputed company out monthly Submit monthly payroll for reputed company and Europe sales teams Work with vendor to resolve errors Updates Compensation training tools and policy documents Draft, complete, and implement the Sales compensation plans, quotas, and management by objectives. Complete monthly compensation reconciliation process and quarterly bonus payouts. Support annual compensation review and planning process Assist with the development and rollout of communication plan of compensation programs Partner with Order Operations and Sales Support to reconcile, correct, and verify payable opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of sales compensation experience Experience working with Xactly A MUST Experience working with sales teams Team player and self-motivated reputed company communicates & set expectations Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills Intermediate/Advanced reputed company knowledge to be reputed company to interpret data and reputed company recommendations (pivot tables, vlookup, reputed company IF statements, etc) Familiarity with reputed company Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know reputed company to reputed company quickly Ability to reputed company needs for process improvements Location Remote - India   We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team. reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
