As the Incident & Reliability reputed company supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be accountable for ensuring the effective and efficient management of incidents, service requests, and major incident response while ensuring SLA adherence and system availability. Execute tasks and deliverables in alignment with contractual requirements and program schedules. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
