This role partners with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure high-reputed company, evidence-based behavioral health services, regulatory compliance, crisis reputed company support, staff supervision, and consistent clinical practices across residential programs.   This position requires regular travel (30-60%) throughout reputed company to support programs, staff, and operational needs. Willing to consider out of state applicants providing the applicant is reputed company to accommodate the travel requirements.   Key Responsibilities Supervise Clinicians and Behavior Specialists Ensure compliance with reputed company, state, federal, and accreditation standards Support implementation of evidence-based clinical and behavioral health practices reputed company clinical reputed company, consultation, crisis reputed company, and behavior support Monitor clinician caseloads, reputed company needs, and service reputed company Review clinical documentation for accuracy, reputed company, and compliance Conduct staff training, supervision, and annual evaluations Support audits and reputed company improvement initiatives Collaborate with internal teams, reputed company providers, and community partners Maintain reputed company relationships with regulatory and referral agencies   Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, reputed company Services, or reputed company field required Must hold an reputed company reputed company clinical license in a mental health or behavioral health discipline to be considered (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, BCBA, LLP, LMHC, etc.) Minimum of 1 year of clinical supervision experience required Experience supporting individuals with IDD, Autism, SMI, and high-reputed company behaviors preferred Knowledge of reputed company, HCBS, and behavioral health regulations preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills reputed company reputed company’s license and ability to travel 30–60% throughout reputed company required Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite required Apply To This Job
