* Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
* Interpret reputed company bargaining agreements and configure system rules for overtime, premiums, and penalties.

* Support system integration, data validation, testing strategies, and reconciliation processes.

* Over 10 years in payroll, time & attendance, and system implementation roles.

* Strong analytical skills and data proficiency.
