*Group Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:*
* Lead the development of high-level creative concepts to establish and evolve brand narratives during pre-launch phases.
* Extend core messaging across various tactics while maintaining strategic integrity and consistency.
* Write and oversee the creation of copy for healthcare professional-focused materials, including core assets, digital content, and campaign deliverables.
* Collaborate with strategy, medical, and account teams to develop early messaging frameworks that translate complex scientific content into engaging, compliant copy.
* Guide and mentor junior writers, ensuring quality and voice consistency across projects, while acting as the day-to-day creative leader.
*Group Copy Supervisor Qualifications:*
* Over 6 years of copywriting experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency setting.
* A portfolio demonstrating conceptual campaign development and detailed brand execution.
* Experience with pre-launch initiatives and familiarity with immunology, inflammatory, or specialty healthcare categories preferred.
* Strong understanding of regulatory review processes, including FDA/MLR compliance standards.
* Highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, with excellent attention to detail in fast-paced agency environments.
