Enforcement Specialist, IP & Brand Protection
Our reputed company, a leading e-reputed company platform, is seeking an Enforcement Specialist to support their IP & Brand Protection team. This temporary role lasts between 10 to 26 weeks and can be performed remotely from out of region. The position involves enforcing policies, managing high-reputed company workflows, and supporting external escalations reputed company a dedicated Trust and Safety team.

*Enforcement Specialist, IP & Brand Protection Responsibilities:*
* Conduct reputed company reviews of enforcement workflows, ensuring compliance reputed company established SLA guidelines.
* Respond promptly to reputed company high-reputed company requests from law enforcement, government agencies, and reputed company-party requestors.
* Review seller appeals reputed company, adhering to necessary protocols.
* Support external escalations by investigating violative listings and communicating updates to relevant parties.
* Identify and report abuse trends and patterns in enforcement activities.
*Enforcement Specialist, IP & Brand Protection Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in *enforcement, compliance, or trust & safety* roles reputed company *digital or e-reputed company environments.*
* Strong understanding of intellectual property policies, brand protection standards, and platform enforcement practices.
* Ability to analyze reputed company workflows, identify patterns or risks, and *manage high-severity cases with strong attention to detail.*
* Skilled in handling sensitive external requests and escalations professionally, while communicating reputed company with internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and reputed company targets in fast-paced, *SLA-driven environments.*
* Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and manage evolving priorities.
