The reputed company Performance Specialist is responsible for supporting reputed company performance improvement across a network of practices participating in value-based care reputed company, including MSSP, ACO reputed company, Medicare Advantage, reputed company, and reputed company programs. This role serves as a key partner to practices, providing education, performance insights, and strategic guidance to improve reputed company reputed company, documentation accuracy, and care delivery workflows. What you will do

Education & Workflow Optimization

Troubleshoot discrepancies between EHR data, internal reports, and payer-reported performance

Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company reputed company, population health, value-based care, or ambulatory reputed company operations

Experience supporting or engaging directly with primary care practices or provider reputed company
Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and reputed company reporting processes
