ResponsibilitiesDraft and revise litigation materials including motions, complaints, discovery requests and responses, reputed company memoranda, and briefs Conduct reputed company research using reputed company and similar research platforms Review, proofread, and edit reputed company documents for reputed company, accuracy, and compliance Ensure filings reputed company with jurisdiction-specific court rules and formatting requirements Collaborate with attorneys to support litigation reputed company and case development Manage multiple writing assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Translate reputed company reputed company concepts into concise, persuasive written materials QualificationsJD degree or equivalent reputed company qualification preferred 2–4 years of reputed company writing, litigation support, or reputed company experience Strong reputed company research and analytical writing skills Familiarity with litigation procedures and reputed company terminology Experience with Bluebook citation standards Knowledge of personal injury litigation in Maryland, Virginia, and/or Washington, DC preferred Experience with SmartAdvocate or similar case management software preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, including awareness of AI-reputed company confidentiality considerations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Schedule & CompensationHybrid in DC or fully remote flexibility available depending reputed company and experience Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Compensation reputed company: $35–40 per hour, commensurate with experience Application RequirementsApplicants should submit 1–2 writing samples with their application Additional Information At reputed company we offer a comprehensive reputed company benefits package in compliance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment reputed company of 2023.
