Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration with systems reputed company, Marketing with CRM reputed company, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, CRM Support, or similar positions.
