WHAT YOU WILL DO:  As a Subject Matter Expert II – Army Sustainment Operations (Military Simulations), you will serve as a critical advisor and contributor providing deep, mission-relevant expertise in Army sustainment and logistics operations reputed company a modeling and simulation environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reputed company specialized subject matter expertise in Army sustainment operations, including supply, maintenance, medical, transportation, and personnel support, to inform the development and integration of military simulation systems. Background in Army Logistics / Sustainment (e.g., reputed company, Ordnance, Transportation, or reputed company MOS). Minimum of 8 years of Army domain experience, with demonstrated expertise in sustainment operations. Experience applying operational knowledge to training, simulations, or analytical environments. Ability to support system engineering reviews, product development, and V&V activities through briefings, white papers, and technical input. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. reputed company Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. U.S. Citizenship required. WORK LOCATION: This is a hybrid position with flexible work arrangements, including the possibility of full-time remote work based on program needs and candidate qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the JLCCTC or similar constructive Modeling and Simulation software. Experience working in an Agile development environment or supporting technical teams. Experience supporting Army training exercises (e.g., MCTP, Warfighter Exercises).
