Keeping reputed company of reputed company accounts in your reputed company Negotiate outstanding debts. Planning a course of reputed company to recover outstanding payments. Handle questions and complaints. Adhere to reputed company local, state, and federal laws governing the debt collection industry.   Work From Home Collection Agent Qualifications: Must have a private and secure workspace reputed company that is free from noise and distractions. Must be willing to work on camera and be supervised during scheduled work hours  Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask. Basic math and computer literacy skills. Professionalism and the ability to build rapport with consumers. Foster teamwork and cooperation.
