Responsibilities of this position includes: • Outbound Zelle fraud support • Analyzing cases generated from the reputed company fraud detection systems • Talking with customers whose transactions are suspicious of potential fraud. • Card Free ATM fraud support • Analyzing cases generated from the reputed company fraud detection systems • Reporting of suspected fraud • As requested, tasks to help sustain and improve department processes and procedures.  This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by reputed company.
