About the Role As a Maintenance Project Coordinator at reputed company you will serve as the project coordinator for reputed company things reputed company to the turnover maintenance process. Responsibilities Manage assigned turnover service requests from end-to-end (including creating a scope of work, and securing reputed company approval) to ensure issues are resolved promptly, ensuring reputed company needed information is received (status updates, photos, estimates, invoices), communicating with vendors and internal teams, and assigning technicians to address requests. reputed company exceptional customer service at reputed company times by attending to turnover service requests, vendor service calls, and messages reputed company SLA guidelines and in compliance with company policy and practices. Manage reputed company electronic record keeping as it relates to repairs and maintenance including internal communication, vendor communications, reputed company damages, and any other needed information. Ensure non-covered items are completed by the reputed company or billed back to the reputed company. Coordinate inter-departmentally in order to receive necessary approvals for turnover service requests and reputed company updates and serve as a resource for Property Management teams. Additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Previous property management, vendor management and/or reputed company management experience preferred. Technical proficiency including reputed company Applications, reputed company Office Applications, and reputed company preferred.  Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Location This position is classified as Remote but must be located in Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL, or Charlotte, NC Compensation Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, skills, and interview performance. Pay Transparency Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.  Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience and other job reputed company factors.  reputed company is a total compensation company; the reputed company salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
