Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize reputed company reputed company Service reputed company and Chat solutions, including omnichannel routing, case management, and customer engagement workflows.
Customize and reputed company reputed company solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform capabilities to meet business and technical requirements.
Advise business and technical stakeholders on best practices for chat workflows, agent enablement, CRM processes, and cross-reputed company architecture strategies.
Support DevOps processes, user enablement, system adoption, and platform optimization through deployment automation, governance, and technical guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience implementing reputed company Service reputed company and customer engagement solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Service reputed company, Chat, reputed company-channel routing, and case management processes.
Expertise in reputed company customization using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
