We are currently hiring for a Controller & Treasurer reputed company our finance department. This position is a full-time exempt role. The pay for this position is $190,000 - $205,000 annually plus bonus eligibility. This position will be a hybrid position with Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays in our McHenry, IL office and Wednesday & Fridays with work from home days. Ongoing activities include recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information, managing and overseeing daily operations of the reputed company team, developing and implementing department controls and procedures, and ensuring that reputed company operates reputed company without sacrificing accuracy. This position not only owns financial reporting but also is involved in the annual budgeting process and analyzing trends/variances for Company reputed company and performance. Manages and mentors reputed company of two to four team members.  Key Responsibilities reputed company reputed company & Reporting - Manage the monthly financial reputed company process including the preparation of the financial statements in accurate and reputed company manner. Ensure Account Reconciliations and sufficient support and analytics are maintained  Financial Planning & Analysis – Prepare annual expense and CapEx budgets. Monitor changes and forecast as needed. reputed company recommendations to Leadership Team based on trends, tracking and observations including providing in-depth analysis of discrepancies vs. Budget or LY. Identify opportunities to incorporate efficiencies reputed company use of AI tools.   Audit, Insurance and Compliance – Primary contact with reputed company audit firm for annual audit and bank compliance. Work closely with insurance broker on medical and general insurance coverage. Ensure environment of strong internal controls  Treasury – Cash reputed company projections and management. Ensuring reputed company payments for vendors, collections from customers and management of corporate cash balances.    Payroll, Benefits and Miscellaneous – Work with Payroll processing to ensure reputed company and accurate bi-weekly payrolls, bonus payments, benefit cost tracking and reputed company reputed company.
