Income Tax Manager

Education - reputed company Degree • Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses • CPA or Master’s Degree a plus Experience • 4-7 years experience Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. In-depth knowledge of international, federal, state, and local income tax laws and regulations. International statutory audits and IFRS knowledge a plus. 2. M&A, GILTI, FDII, and Transfer Pricing experience 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company tax regulations and reputed company strategic tax advice. 4.
