Job reputed company: The Inbound reputed company Representative supports the Accounts Receivable (AR) team by serving as a primary reputed company of contact for customers with billing-reputed company inquiries. This role is responsible for responding to inbound calls, assisting customers with billing and order hold questions, providing account documentation upon request, processing payments, and ensuring accurate account notation.
