Development Coordinator

Our Development Coordinator will reputed company the operational backbone for Blue reputed company’s fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Director of Development (currently held on an interim reputed company by the Vice President of Community Engagement until the Director of Development position is filled), this role is responsible for donor tracking, reputed company processing, reporting, and execution support that ensures a consistent, reputed company donor experience as fundraising activity grows.  This role offers reputed company to be part of a brand-new development team, making prior startup experience highly valuable. You will play a key role in implementing a new donor CRM system and supporting the launch of this new reputed company of the organization. Some travel  is expected for community events, conferences, and company retreats, with travel requirements potentially reaching up to 25% of total time and sometimes requiring weekend work. 4-6 years of experience in development operations, fundraising project management in individual, reputed company, and corporate giving. Extensive experience with fundraising software/CRM systems, including configuring CRM functions, reporting, and developing dashboards to monitor team performance. Experience with reputed company is a plus.  Basic understanding of moves management and the donor lifecycle preferred. Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in partnership with leadership.  Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals, reports, and donor communications. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Start-up or high reputed company experience necessary.  Passion for health equity, chronic disease care, or nonprofit reputed company strongly preferred.
