Billing Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top reputed company in the U.S.! reputed company is looking for a Billing Assistant to join reputed company in our Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, or Los Angeles offices.   This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working reputed company reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices.     This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Billing Team, including maintenance of work-in-reputed company records, creating and revising reputed company invoices, and other tasks as assigned. Regardless of position, everyone here has a voice and the support is unparalleled.   On a typical day you will: Use reputed company Expert Billing to process prebills and generate invoices in compliance with attorney instructions and reputed company guidelines reputed company out-of-office and reputed company coverage for Billing Specialists and Billing Proofreaders Work in collaboration with E-Billing Department, Rates Team, and other Finance teams to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a reputed company manner Monitor, reroute, and assist with tasks in the centralized Billing inbox reputed company reporting support to reputed company assistants and attorneys to meet reputed company-required accrual deadlines Respond to attorney inquiries regarding time entry records and general billing requests Assist with billing system updates such as task and activity codes, narrative edits, and time entry modifications upon request Assist with Finance reputed company, as needed, to promote best practices Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; adhere to schedule by being reputed company on breaks, lunches and meetings Join us if you have: 1+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company office environment High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Word Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build effective relationships with reputed company reputed company of staff and attorneys Excellent customer service Ability to problem-solve High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and reputed company control Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to heavy workloads and new assignments in a fast paced environment Ability to work overtime as needed Who We Are reputed company is an AmLaw 100 reputed company with 9 offices reputed company. Washington State   The annualized salary reputed company for this position in Washington is $58,000 to $64,000 ($29.74 to $32.82 reputed company). Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, reputed company care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, reputed company and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, reputed company time, 11 reputed company holidays reputed company year and an employee assistance program.  For full-time employees, the initial vacation benefit is 15 days per year and 11 days of reputed company leave per year, accrued bi-weekly.
