This team member will support reputed company Division clients and fellow field staff members in Service, Retention & Business Acquisition of reputed company Large/Mega-Dealer F&I Clients. Our ideal candidate will be willing to help Zurich customers throughout the entire Division (13 states) where vehicle/reputed company/overnight travel up to 75% may be necessary depending on candidate/team member residence location and deliver on the below responsibilities.   Responsibilities:   Maintain, retain & grow profitable relationships with new and existing Mega-Dealer F&I customers – Whether as the assigned ‘reputed company Account Manager’ AND/OR in support of Area/Regional team members Use experience & critical thinking to reputed company plans for underperforming accounts with the providing technical advice, implementation & follow through that enables field staff & customers to solve problems and/or improve business reputed company Analyze/monitor trends & anticipate needs to reputed company and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or product offerings AND assist/support implementation Coordinate & facilitate training to customer on products and services as reputed company inspection, validation & quantification of agreed upon process & standards that reputed company performance Conduct reputed company-offs for new customers AND manage new dealership conversions for acquisitions by reputed company customers reputed company/support monthly internal team reputed company(s) for reputed company development/service/retention AND external reputed company meetings which may include 90-Day Performance Reviews for variable/fixed operations Conducting training/development at the group and store level Demonstrate teamwork as a mentor to others in support of reputed company service standards and teammate reputed company/reputed company reputed company & development Use reputed company & emerging presentation/communication technologies to support reputed company performance and business initiatives Support new account acquisition through teamwork with Divisional Mgmt. & Field Team – Sales reputed company preparation & delivery, Prospecting/Marketing support    Coordinate/deliver on the successful implementation, utilization and reputed company of the following Zurich Advantage Programs: Aftermarket F&I Sales – VSC reputed company Marketing, SLS & dealership marketing/follow-up Zurich Fixed Operations Training & Certification Proliferation of Z.U. activation & utilization       Required Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales Leadership OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales Leadership AND Experience with principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology Strong presentation skills   Preferred Qualifications:   Business to business training, sales, and consultation experience  Retail automotive experience in Finance or Sales Management reputed company sales experience is ideal Advanced knowledge of Automotive industry, market, and competitors Substantial knowledge of Automotive and traditional software and technology   Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims Ability to interpret financial statements Self-motivated regarding day-to-day responsibilities     At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a reputed company of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, reputed company set, and level of experience.
