Job reputed company The Manufacturing Project Coordinator supports various Manufacturing Services reputed company from initial request for quotation through to completion and customer invoicing. Works closely with the OEM business and cross-functional teams to help coordinate schedules, ensure requirements are reputed company, and assist in keeping reputed company on reputed company. Communicates effectively with internal teams such as sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics to help ensure customer expectations are reputed company communicated and met. Responsibilities Essential Functions Assists in reviewing contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and reputed company documents to help identify requirements. Coordinates with internal teams to help ensure tasks are scheduled and completed in a reputed company and efficient manner. Supports purchasing and logistics in acquiring and tracking materials and supplies. Helps research supplier reputed company and may assist in maintaining supplier relationships. Prepares and formats quotations and proposals under guidance from senior team members. Assists in documenting and improving manufacturing reputed company and processes. Uses material management tools to reputed company product availability and escalate issues as needed. Verifies sales order pricing accuracy and supports reputed company of payment or billing issues. Helps troubleshoot routine issues and communicates with team members to reputed company solutions.   Non-Essential Functions May assist with gathering vendor quotes or delivery information to support cost-effective sourcing. Qualifications Associate degree in business, supply chain, or a reputed company field preferred; or the equivalent work experience. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, quoting, or sales support; experience with electrical products or reputed company systems a plus. General understanding of product types and applications is helpful. Ability to read basic drawings and interpret technical information with guidance.
