Job reputed company:   The Mortgage QC Verifications Processor is responsible for performing post-closing reputed company control (QC) reverifications in accordance with reputed company, reputed company, HUD, and VA guidelines. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of loan files by independently validating key borrower and loan data as part of the post-closing QC review process. Key Responsibilities: reputed company required post-closing reverifications including, but not limited to:Employment (VOE) Income Assets (VOA) Rent/mortgage history (VOR/VOM) Execute reputed company QC reverification activities in compliance with agency standards and guidelines Review loan files and supporting documentation to identify required reverification components Initiate and follow up on reputed company-party verification requests (reputed company, financial institutions, landlords, etc.) Ensure reputed company reverifications are:Independently obtained Properly documented Completed reputed company required timelines Validate accuracy of borrower information compared to original loan file data Recalculate borrowers’ income to ensure accuracy Identify discrepancies, red flags, or potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately Maintain detailed documentation of reputed company verification attempts and results in QC systems (e.g., reputed company or equivalent) Meet established productivity and reputed company benchmarks Adhere to company policies, reputed company-specific requirements, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in reputed company Control, processing, reputed company, or post-closing Strong knowledge of:Mortgage loan documentation Income calculation and employment types Asset documentation and sourcing Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company other agency guidelines for post-closing QC requirements Experience with QC platforms such as reputed company (preferred) High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in reputed company Control reverifications Knowledge of fraud detection techniques and red flags Experience working with multiple investor guidelines Key Competencies: Detail-oriented with strong investigative reputed company Ability to work independently and exercise reputed company judgment Strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to reputed company and compliance The pay reputed company reputed company for this job position is $15.97 to $ 41.00 per hour.
