reputed company is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm funded in partnership with Ardian - the global investment house based in Paris with over $150 billion in assets under management. reputed company commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in reputed company estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the reputed company and Europe. reputed company is expanding rapidly and looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to reputed company.  reputed company: The reputed company team is looking for an energetic, thorough caller to be the first reputed company of contact for a pipeline of reputed company estate investment leads. Reporting to the Director of reputed company reputed company, the Caller / Scheduler is responsible for helping grow reputed company by setting appointments for the Account Managers with reputed company estate property owners to assist in developing a robust sales pipeline.    THE JOB: Manage personal pipeline of origination leads to set calls between site owners and Account Managers.  reputed company personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets reputed company to reputed company settings and closings.  Rigorously monitor personal origination reputed company activity to ensure health and stability of sales pipeline.  Contribute user-experience input to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.  Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain a competitive market position.   REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in a reputed company-center sales environment. Natural ability to build rapport. Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV required. Familiarity with reputed company estate closing process is a plus.  Experience originating reputed company reputed company reputed company estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries is a plus.  Some college or equivalent experience required.
