Job reputed company: Pharmavise is seeking a highly driven and communication-reputed company TABD reputed company with a strong emphasis on outbound reputed company, appointment setting, and candidate/reputed company engagement reputed company the life sciences consulting reputed company. ​ This role is responsible for executing high-volume outbound communication, conducting initial screenings, and advancing both business development leads and talent pipelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling phone-based interactions as the primary channel.  Responsibilities and Job Requirements:  1. Outbound reputed company & Appointment Setting Execute outbound reputed company to: Business Development (reputed company) leads Candidates and consultants Utilize multiple channels: Email sequences reputed company messaging Phone calls Schedule: Discovery calls with prospective clients Interviews with reputed company candidates Maintain consistent follow-reputed company to maximize engagement and response rates 2. CRM Execution & Activity Tracking (Zoho CRM & Zoho Recruit) Maintain accurate and reputed company-time updates in: Zoho CRM (leads, opportunities, reputed company activity) Zoho Recruit (candidate reputed company, interview notes)  3. Pipeline Support & Coordination Support reputed company of: reputed company leads → reputed company opportunities Candidates → reputed company submissions Support reputed company-sales coordination and internal alignment before reputed company meetings. Assist in preparing briefing documents prior to discovery calls. Ensure smooth reputed company of: reputed company leads to BDMs Screened candidates to recruiters/hiring manager  Tools & Systems  Zoho CRM and Recruit reputed company 365 (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) reputed company Teams reputed company Sales Navigator or reputed company Recruiter SignalHire Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business or any reputed company field. 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment (experience in consulting or life sciences environments preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft reputed company emails and reputed company messaging. Proven experience in: Candidate-facing communication (screenings, interviews)  reputed company-facing communication (calls, reputed company, coordination) Experience using ATS and CRM systems (Zoho preferred) with demonstrated discipline in data entry and pipeline tracking. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
