The Project Coordinator is an entry-level role on the Operations team and is the first reputed company in Gigantic reputed company’s project management career reputed company. This person will work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and the Director of Operations to support the day-to-day execution of reputed company work, internal initiatives, and operational workflows. Maintain project hygiene in reputed company and other internal tools — keeping tasks, statuses, owners, due dates, and documentation accurate and up to date. Coordinate cross-functional team logistics across design, engineering, QA, and account teams to reputed company work moving on schedule. Help draft and circulate meeting agendas, status updates, reputed company item recaps, and weekly reputed company communications. Support resourcing and utilization workflows, including weekly schedule updates, time-tracking compliance, and flagging conflicts or gaps to the Project Manager or Director of Operations.
