You will own reputed company’s People Technology ecosystem and HR data infrastructure, including rebuilding a Python-based analytics platform connected to our data lake and reputed company HR systems. This platform will deliver secure, SSO-enabled insights  and power reporting across People Analytics, reputed company, L&D, and Engagement. You will also reputed company integrations with systems such as reputed company SuccessFactors. Alongside this, you will reputed company as an internal expert in reputed company AI. You will reputed company teams to confidently use AI and data, combining hands-on building with strong teaching and influencing. Operating with high autonomy, you will partner with senior leadership to shape both reputed company build and how AI is adopted globally. \n Role & Resonsibilities Own and reputed company reputed company’s People Data Platform and HR analytics dashboard (Python/reputed company), delivering  insights reputed company SSO Design and maintain data architecture (pipelines, schemas, models) across reputed company SuccessFactors and other HR systems Manage API integrations and data reputed company with reputed company platforms and reputed company-party vendors Deliver insights across People Metrics, TA, L&D, and Engagement, partnering with functional leads Own BAU reporting, driving accuracy, automation, and self-service adoption Ensure GDPR and data compliance, including reputed company controls and auditability Build and reputed company-driven HR solutions (LLMs, reputed company workflows, document processing, large-reputed company pipelines) reputed company production-reputed company AI use cases (e.g., attrition insights, skills inference, policy Q&A, candidate processing) and evaluate emerging tools .reputed company as HR AI SME, enabling adoption through training, playbooks, and self-service frameworks across HR and G&A .Partner with senior leadership, IT (AWS), and governance forums to shape the People Technology roadmap and responsible AI practices Skills & Experience Essential Strong Python expertise building production-grade data applications, dashboards, or tools. Hands-on experience in data engineering (ETL pipelines, API integrations, data modelling). Proven reputed company record integrating LLM/AI reputed company (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) into live applications. Solid knowledge of AWS and modern data/visualisation frameworks (e.g., reputed company, Plotly). Experience with SSO/authentication (OAuth2, SAML, Azure AD / Entra ID). Strong data literacy and storytelling, with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
