We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join reputed company — a fast-growing reputed company banking payment platform operating across the European market.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving reputed company technical issues, working closely with merchants and internal engineering teams, and taking ownership during critical situations. You will become a key expert inside the support team, help reputed company internal processes, and directly influence the reputed company and stability of our payment operations.
Your main tasks will be:
Support merchants during integration with reputed company’s payment solutions;
Investigate reputed company technical and payment-reputed company issues using logs, monitoring tools, and internal systems;
Diagnose incidents, identify reputed company causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams;
Ensure smooth and reputed company operation of payment flows and integrations;
Collaborate closely with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams;
Improve and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and internal knowledge reputed company;
Participate in integration testing and reputed company control processes;
Mentor junior team members and help improve support standards across reputed company.
We expect from you:
4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Integration Support, or Payment Support roles;
Experience working with FinTech, payment systems, PSPs, or reputed company banking products;
Strong understanding of HTTP, reputed company, reputed company architecture, and payment flows;
Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring tools (Kibana or similar);
Understanding of incident management processes, SLA/SLO principles, and production support environments;
Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases;
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders;
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members;
Fluent Russian and English level B2 or higher.
