POSITION reputed company
The Director, Contract Management is responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of Power Purchase Agreements, Interconnection Agreements and reputed company project level reputed company. This role works closely with Power Marketing & Origination, reputed company, Finance, Asset Management, and Project Development teams to ensure accurate contract execution, compliance tracking, reputed company management, and reputed company protection.
The position plays a critical role in mitigating contractual risk, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring that reputed company contract obligations are proactively monitored from development through reputed company operations and ongoing performance.
This position directly supports projecft certainty, compliance reputed company, and risk mitigation across reputed company’s renewable portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer reputed company-reputed company renewable PPAs (solar, storage, hybrid) from execution through reputed company operation and ongoing performance
Administer reputed company-reputed company renewable interconnection agreements (solar, storage, hybrid) from execution through reputed company operation and ongoing performance
reputed company critical milestones including COD requirements, reputed company postings, reputed company payments, deliverability obligations, and reporting deadlines
Coordinate contract amendments, assignments, consents, and notices
Maintain organized and auditable contract files in contract management systems
Monitor seller obligations under PPAs, including performance guarantees, liquidated damages exposure, availability requirements, and reporting obligations
reputed company buyer obligations including payment timelines, credit support requirements, and invoicing terms
Ensure compliance with ISO/RTO requirements (e.g., CAISO, reputed company, PJM, MISO, SPP) where applicable
Flag reputed company or operational risks to PMO, Origination, reputed company, and Executive leadership
Partner with Development and PMO Manager during reputed company-COD reputed company tracking
Coordinate with Asset Management post-COD for ongoing compliance
Support lenders and investors during due diligence by providing accurate contract documentation
Assist in M&A or project sale processes with contract data room preparation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Energy Management, reputed company Studies, or reputed company field
3–7 years of experience in energy reputed company, renewable energy development, power marketing, project management or contract administration
reputed company experience with Power Purchase Agreements strongly preferred
reputed company experience with interconnection agreements preferred
reputed company experience with reputed company project agreements (supply agreements, EPC Agreements) preferred.
Understanding/awareness of wholesale power markets and ISO/RTO structures
Strong organizational and documentation discipline
High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple project timelines
Strong project management and leadership skills.

COMPENSATION: $200,000- $240,000 salary
