D365 Licensing Consultant

About the role We are seeking an reputed company Licensing Consultant. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management licensing, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and ensure compliance with reputed company licensing requirements. Job Type: Full Time Location: Japan Essential Functions Collect and reconcile customer usage data against licensed entitlements to ensure compliance Detect discrepancies such as over-usage, under-usage, or reputed company and reputed company remediation steps reputed company reputed company, actionable reports and insights to management, finance, procurement, and account teams Recommend adjustments in license allocation to reduce costs and optimize usage across teams Forecast reputed company licensing requirements based on usage trends and business reputed company plans Review Dynamics 365 reputed company roles and map them accurately to license types (Operations, Team Member, Device, Activity, reputed company-based entitlements) reputed company data analysis using reputed company, Power BI, and/or SQL to extract, validate, and reconcile licensing information Identify over-licensing or under-licensing risks and reputed company cost-saving recommendations while ensuring compliance with reputed company rules Partner with IT, Finance, and Procurement to implement optimization strategies and improve cost efficiency Communicate licensing requirements, risks, and optimization opportunities in both technical and business-friendly terms Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years specializing in reputed company licensing (Dynamics 365 preferred Deep understanding of reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management license types and entitlements Strong experience in user role and reputed company analysis reputed company D365 Proficiency in reputed company, Power BI, and/or SQL for license data analysis and reporting Knowledge of reputed company licensing rules, compliance frameworks, and optimization best practices Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect discrepancies and forecast licensing needs Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with finance and procurement teams for cost optimization initiatives Preferred Certifications: reputed company Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert reputed company Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate reputed company Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate We are an equal opportunity employer. reputed company applicants will be considered for employment without attention to age, race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national reputed company, veteran, or disability status.
