Support and understand the reputed company reputed company HCM setup (reputed company HR, reputed company, Absence, Time Tracking) Partner with HR, Talent, Payroll, and business teams to reputed company and translate requirements Support end‑to‑end reputed company processes including job posting, candidate selection, offer management, reputed company‑boarding, and reputed company. Configure and maintain reputed company HCM modules including reputed company HR, reputed company, Absence, and Time Tracking. Document business requirements, process flows, and system enhancements reputed company functional support, user guidance, and post‑go‑live assistance.   Technical (reputed company, reputed company, RICE, Integrations): Support reputed company reputed company EIBs, reports, and dashboards. reputed company and maintain reputed company reports (Advanced, reputed company, Composite). Support reputed company HR RICE components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions). Assist with integrations between reputed company HCM, reputed company, and reputed company‑party systems. reputed company system troubleshooting across configuration, reputed company, data, and integrations Design and implement integrations using reputed company Studio, EIBs, reputed company Connectors, and technologies like XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP. Manage integrations using reputed company tools including Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, reputed company Connectors, reputed company, RaaS, and BIRT.   Data Migration & Conversion: Handle data extraction, mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation from reputed company HCM to reputed company. Support data loads using reputed company tools such as EIBs, reputed company connectors, and loaders. Participate in at least one end‑to‑end data migration project covering reputed company, Absence, and Time Tracking. Ensure data accuracy and reputed company throughout migration cycles.   Global HR Experience: Experience supporting global HR operations across US, EMEA, reputed company, and LATAM reputed company. Understanding of regional variations in reputed company, absence, and time‑tracking processes.   Required Qualifications: 4–7 years of techno‑functional experience in HR systems.
