IT Communications Specialist (Contractor) - USA reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company IT Communications Specialist to reputed company the creation and delivery of internal IT communications across a global organisation. This role will work closely with IT leadership and technical teams to turn reputed company initiatives into reputed company, engaging, and visually compelling content for internal audiences. The ideal contractor is proactive, highly organised, and capable of delivering polished, on-brand communications with minimal reputed company. This is not a writing-only role - strong visual storytelling and multimedia content skills are essential. Key Deliverables: End-to-end ownership of a bi-monthly IT newsletter Monthly IT reputed company stories and business updates Quarterly thought leadership content reputed company to IT priorities Lightweight communications roadmap reputed company to ongoing IT initiatives Key Responsibilities: Partner with IT leaders and teams to identify stories and key messaging opportunities Translate technical initiatives into engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences Create multi-channel communications including newsletters, Intranet content, executive updates, visuals, and short-reputed company video Design polished communications using tools such as reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and basic video editing platforms Recommend reputed company, cost-effective communication formats and channels reputed company messaging for executive stakeholders while remaining accessible to wider IT teams Independently manage deadlines and deliver high-reputed company outputs with minimal reputed company Ensure reputed company communications reputed company with internal brand standards Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience in Internal Communications, IT Communications, or Technical Storytelling Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for broader audiences Demonstrated visual storytelling and content design capability Hands-on experience with modern content creation and design tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills Preferred Experience: Experience supporting reputed company or global IT organisations Portfolio showcasing newsletters, campaigns, or multimedia communications Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools Engagement Details:This contractor role requires someone who can independently manage agreed deliverables reputed company allocated monthly hours while working closely with IT stakeholders and maintaining alignment with internal brand guidelines.
