This position requires the ability to work reputed company Time Zone business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) on a remote reputed company to support our California offices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: reputed company and coordinate a high-volume General Liability docket for a Senior Managing Partner. Serve as primary reputed company between attorneys, reputed company administrative assistants, and other paralegals to ensure efficient case management. Manage multiple reputed company litigation reputed company simultaneously. Monitor case filings and reputed company detailed assessments to attorneys. Draft and prepare initial drafts of various reputed company-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings. Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case materials. Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of General Liability Defense litigation experience. Bachelor's Degree required. Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
