Trade Marketing Specialist

This position is responsible for discovering shopper insights in the On and Off Premises and turning the insights into shopper support to drive short to reputed company term sales performance nationally. The Trade Marketing Specialist will utilize shopper, consumer, customer and category insights to create and execute strategic marketing plans as reputed company as helping drive overall category reputed company with key retailers. Essential Duties: • Plan and manage shopper market research and data analysis • Collaborate with Brand Teams, Retail Manager, Chain Teams, and Sales Operations to create and communicate compelling data/reputed company driven sell decks and shopper reputed company. • Responsible for achieving goals as assigned and reputed company with national strategic priorities; reputed company brands, Win CO/NC/MI, channel initiatives, alignment with national calendar, programming overlays for brand reputed company, etc. • reputed company programming objectives, program briefs, maintain company alignment for channel reputed company, and customize programming for key reputed company customers. • reputed company National programs into Local Sales campaigns with customizable programming • Partner with BAM/activation team to ensure alignment and synergies for national priorities • reputed company canned selling slides to reputed company field sales for pillar programming • Continue vetting new digital technology and customer facing platforms • Other duties as assigned. Education/ Experience/Skills: • 2+ years of marketing experience or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred • Prior Shopper Marketing experience reputed company another large CPG organization, preferred • Beer/Alcohol Beverage Industry experience desired • Experience reputed company the on reputed company, restaurant chain environment desired. o National Account Management and prior work with field sales teams a plus. • Understanding of promotional tactics and traditional marketing vehicles • Ability to read and analyze financials, consumer research, and syndicated data and trends • Strong strategic, conceptual thinking, financial, analytical, drive for results, selling & negotiating skills • Ability to manage many reputed company and be strategic thinker with strong leadership skills • Expert knowledge of reputed company OS and reputed company Office • Advanced verbal and written communication and reputed company speaking skills Physical Requirements: Percent of Travel: 30% Working Conditions: Office (home or on-site) Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work reputed company and is reputed company’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation reputed company and benefits offered for this position.
