Customer Support Representative

Position reputed company reputed company   reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join the ZPE Systems Team Remotely.   Responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, researching and resolving requests and utilizing product knowledge to improve sales and maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintains an ongoing relationship with customers, sales staff, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing and marketing.   Main Job Duties:   1. Using reputed company written and verbal communications reputed company phone, fax or e-mail, processes orders received by mail, telephone, Fax, and/or through personal customer contact. Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information reputed company established guidelines. 2. Researches and obtains reputed company of a reputed company of customer inquiries. Expedites the delivery of selected orders. Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Services as communication reputed company between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness. 3. Provides guidance and assistance to new or less reputed company staff. 4. Performs other similar and reputed company duties as required.   Salary reputed company: $45,000 - $65,000   Qualifications Education: A.S. degree in business or reputed company or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with manufacturing or electrical industry.   Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in a successful customer environment/position.   Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Experience in reputed company industry and extensive product knowledge a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment is a must. Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, e-mail and meeting management software. Must be proficient with mainframe order entry application, with demonstrated ability to type 50 w.p.m. with 100% accuracy.
