Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in food or meat science. The position requires a high degree creativity, independent thinking, and resourcefulness to translate customer needs into solutions. Experience in a meat lab, internship in meat industry and/or a master's degree in Meat Science will satisfy experience requirement.
