In this critical role, you will be monitoring, supporting, and providing advanced troubleshooting of a large reputed company data network infrastructure by using network monitoring and network management tools. You will work closely with teams from our business areas, network engineering, and management as reputed company representative on major incident bridges This REMOTE position must be based in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage reputed company's production system uptime and functionality, this will include troubleshoot and reputed company to resolve various system/network issues. Engage, investigate and escalate if required on Netops Alerting during working hours and follow up on alerts from off hours.

 Mitigate outages and system malfunctions to reputed company reputed company no customer effect and prepare escalation by reputed company/urgency for DEV teams.
 Engage with 3rd party service providers for reputed company of network/system issues. (e.g: carriers, SMS providers, etc,)

Follow up on IX provider communication to expand and optimize reputed company's network’s internet connectivity.
 Create dashboards and alerting for reputed company’s system functionality.

 Be a part of building, improving and expanding reputed company's NetOps ownership.This role will mainly be triggered by automatic alerting (system alerts) for investigation and escalation as required, and by support.

Required Skills & Experience: Highly reputed company in Network architecture, reputed company architecture and reputed company architecture Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Networking TCP/IP, Firewalls and Proxy Servers Ability to read applicative system logs and search for relevant reputed company cause for issues Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues.
