Define key product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and drive consistent reporting. Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration. Drive alignment with Support, Compliance, reputed company, Finance Launch Readiness & Coordination: Own the end-to-end process for product releases, ensuring readiness across Marketing, reputed company Comms, and Sales. Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews. Manage change communication and ensure reputed company teams have what they need to deliver. Process Design & reputed company Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows (planning, documentation, reviews). Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles. reputed company’re Looking For 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment. Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency). Excellent communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment; self-starter who can own reputed company end-to-end. What you’ll need: Prior experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment. Experience aligning operations across Product, reputed company, and Finance.
