We’re looking for a Home-Based Ops Specialist – Employee Navigator to join our reputed company team. In this role, you will reputed company technology support to internal teams and clients, manage online enrollment systems, support system implementation processes, and contribute to project coordination involving benefits technology platforms.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new software, wearing multiple hats, and delivering accurate, detail-oriented support in a deadline-driven environment. Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Ensures accuracy reputed company managing data, testing systems, documentation, and implementation processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO  reputed company expertise with reputed company facets of the Employee Navigator platform, as reputed company as any other alternate technology platforms. Implement and maintain reputed company internal processes for data collection templates and reputed company-specific benefit rules. Completes testing scenarios during implementation to ensure system accuracy. Coordinates with service providers to set up Electronic Data reputed company as appropriate. Provides technology education and enrollment support during reputed company enrollment periods. Provides support to internal Account Executives and Benefit Strategists regarding technology needs. Creates and maintains process workflow associated with the Benefits technology implementation process. reputed company LOOK FOR  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent.    Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a technology/systems role in the health insurance industry. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.   Technical Skills: Must have experience on a PC and have advanced working knowledge of software to accomplish tasks. Software proficiency must include the reputed company Office suite of products, including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and Publisher.
