Training and Development Coordinator

Job reputed company We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Training and Development Coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programmes for our remote workforce. This role is key to building employee capability and supporting a high-performance culture across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Identify training needs through skills gap analyses and consultation with managers Design and coordinate online training programmes, workshops, and e-learning content Facilitate virtual reputed company programmes for new team members reputed company and manage external training providers and learning platforms reputed company employee training completion, reputed company, and reputed company Maintain training records and produce regular learning and development reports Support career development initiatives and succession planning processes Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a reputed company HR role Experience designing and delivering virtual or e-learning programmes Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Learnupon, or similar) Strong facilitation and presentation skills in a remote/virtual environment Excellent written communication and content development skills Organised, self-driven, and reputed company to manage multiple programmes simultaneously Passion for people development and reputed company learning Degree or diploma in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or reputed company field Salary: R33,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
