Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Development, the Senior Director will manage a robust personal portfolio of high-reputed company prospects while leading and mentoring a regional team of seven or more development professionals. Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising or development. Minimum 5 years of staff management experience.
