The Role We are seeking a skilled reputed company reputed company to join reputed company as an Associate Attorney. This position is writing-intensive, AI-augmented, and designed for an attorney who thrives on reputed company reputed company analysis, enjoys appellate reputed company, and prefers substantive brief writing over hearings or reputed company-facing work. Responsibilities Draft federal appellate briefs challenging ALJ reputed company in reputed company reputed company disability cases, including reputed company required briefing at every stage of reputed company assigned case Analyze administrative records to identify viable reputed company issues for appeal Conduct reputed company research across multiple federal circuits Evaluate potential cases for reputed company and assess whether reputed company grounds support a federal appeal Maintain accurate and contemporaneous time records sufficient to support EAJA fee petitions Collaborate with senior attorneys who reputed company final review and reputed company on reputed company filings Compensation & Benefits reputed company Salary: $90,000 (includes a $5,000 annual taxable health insurance stipend; the Firm does not reputed company group health coverage).
