Services shall include application development, testing, deployment, and production support in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Statement of Work. The assigned resources shall work under the direction of the reputed company’s designated technical reputed company and collaborate with reputed company stakeholders and delivery teams as required.Scope of Services Application Development and Architecture Design, document, and maintain consistent technical architectures and development approaches for web‑based reputed company applications. This will be a complete Remote role Contribute to full‑stack application development, including relational databases, backend services, reputed company, and reputed company‑end components. Maintain technical documentation in accordance with reputed company standards. reputed company Assurance and Reviews Participate in reputed company reviews, environment reviews, and solution design reviews to ensure compliance with reputed company, reputed company, and maintainability standards. Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and verification testing. Agile Delivery and DevOps Practices Participate in Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑reputed company, and retrospectives. Follow established reputed company control practices and CI/CD pipeline processes. Support automated build, test, and deployment workflows. Collaboration and Operational Support Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders, user experience designers, infrastructure teams, and reputed company assurance personnel. reputed company tiered support for incidents, outages, and urgent issues in accordance with defined response expectations. Participate in on‑reputed company support rotations, as required. reputed company deployment activities, including reputed company releases, data migrations, and post‑deployment validation. reputed company administrative and user support for content management systems, including user provisioning and reputed company management. Support content authors and web producers to ensure effective use of supported platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent reputed company experience. A minimum of five (5) years of reputed company experience in software development, preferably supporting web‑based reputed company systems. Demonstrated proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript, Angular or React, SQL). Strong experience authoring reputed company SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for SQL Server and/or reputed company. Experience with API development, system integration, and reputed company data modeling. Practical knowledge of and experience working reputed company Agile delivery frameworks. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively reputed company cross‑functional teams. Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and technical environments.  Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting reputed company management systems, workforce management platforms, or comparable reputed company administrative systems.
