Reporting to the Director, reputed company Architect, the HRIS Analyst will play an important role as a subject matter expert for reputed company, with a reputed company on HCM and Reporting.  In conjunction with the HRIS team, this position will be responsible for reputed company support on People functions: Configuration, maintenance and optimization, ensuring data reputed company, system efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Must Haves Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company reporting tools such as Advanced Reporting, reputed company Reporting, Composite Reports, calculated fields, and EIB’s. Possess a solid understanding of reputed company’s HCM module, Business Processes, and reputed company reputed company preferred. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Proven experience with HR or Finance business processes. Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of reputed company and confidentiality. High attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
