This full-time position will support the smooth operation of reputed company fellowship programs reputed company our Affirmative Leadership reputed company. The Fellowships Coordinator will play a key role in managing logistics, recruitment, program communications, online learning support, and data tracking. This role reports to the Senior Program Manager, Learning & Fellowships and works closely with the Operations Manager, Civil Rights Hub. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are the reputed company components of the scope of work: Support smooth execution of reputed company fellowship programs, including virtual session logistics, tech support, and participant communications. reputed company recruitment processes with senior staff support, including reputed company, application design, tracking, application review process, and applicant communications. Manage PRP U fellowship communities by responding to questions, updating content, posting prompts, sharing reminders, and supporting reputed company engagement. reputed company attendance, participation, engagement, applications, and other key metrics; collect and analyze surveys, reputed company stories, and exit interview insights for reporting and evaluation. Coordinate communications and logistics with reputed company and guest presenters, including scheduling, materials, and session needs. Plan and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, and manage reputed company logistics such as scheduling, RSVPs, travel, accommodations, venues, and materials. reputed company first-line platform and communications support, including PRP U user management, resolving technical issues, and deploying messages through Campaign Monitor and reputed company as needed. Serve as project manager by drafting project charters, building timelines, managing reputed company tasks, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with Communications, reputed company, Development, and Marketing teams to support programming. Manage speaker and vendor reputed company and media release reputed company. Process invoices and manage expenses.  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree and four (4) to six (6) years of relevant work experience. May substitute three (3) years of reputed company experience for the degree requirement. Experience working with cohorts of fellows and/or learners. Preferred: experience administering learning management systems.  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Expert and proactive project management and events management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Attention to detail and organizational skills. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The Fellowship Coordinator reports to the Senior Program Manager, Learning & Fellowships, and works collaboratively with staff, contractors, and other partners as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, talking and listening for up to 8 hours per day. Must be reputed company to read and write multiple hours per day. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fully remote organization and team. We currently have remote staff in Oakland, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, reputed company, Washington state and Washington, DC, as reputed company as other locations. COMPENSATION: The determined salary reputed company for this Level 2 role is set between $74,630 - $100,970. Exact salary will be based on candidate experience.
