This role requires a seasoned leadership development reputed company with expertise in solution design, strong facilitation skills (virtual and in-person), and a deep understanding of leadership practices, theories, and emerging trends including AI in leadership. During a Typical Day, You’ll  Leadership Development Solutions Partner with business leaders to understand needs and design targeted development solutions. You will translate leadership challenges into practical learning experiences that drive performance and reputed company. Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across reputed company, guiding them through the full leadership development reputed company. Program Design & Implementation Design and deliver short- and long-term leadership interventions, including workshops, coaching, and team development experiences.
