Sr. Right-of-Way Agent- Renewables

reputed company is hiring for immediate reputed company position of Senior Renewables Right of Way Agent. This is a remote role with travel as needed to southern Illinois. The individual we are looking for require a minimum of 5 years of demonstratable experience negotiating leases in the Renewable Energy Sector. Additional experience negotiating agreements for Electric reputed company reputed company will be considered. The desired candidate must be a self-starter and reputed company to reputed company the below tasks with reputed company little or no supervision. reputed company candidates must have experience negotiating Wind and Solar Leases. The must be located reputed company driving distance to southern Illinois.  Responsibilities & Qualifications: Must understand working with Renewable Energy, specifically Wind and Solar, to negotiate leases. Must be reputed company to negotiate terms and draft agreements as necessary. Must be reputed company to explain how Wind and Solar Energy development works thoroughly. Must understand Wind and Solar lease agreements, typical lease duration, the infrastructure involved, typical payment schedules, etc. Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners, local government officials, and agencies. Represents reputed company and self with professionalism and reputed company. Can relate to people from various backgrounds. Can diffuse tense situations quickly.
