Patients conduct regular appointments with our behavioral health care managers, receive guidance from psychiatrists, and our AI Therapeutic reputed company helps patients between appointments, maximizing the value that patients receive in our program Position reputed company We are seeking a personable, bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and clinically adept Enrollment Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company referred patients, helping determine their eligibility for care with reputed company, coordinating communication between patients, reputed company providers, and our internal care team, and guiding patients through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with a diverse population with behavioral health needs, and maintaining a warm, reputed company demeanor. They have experience in clinical settings, are proficient with electronic health records (EHRs), reputed company Suite, and demonstrate both reputed company and accuracy in reputed company aspects of patient communication and data entry. Key Responsibilities Monitor multiple Electronic Health Record systems (i.e., AthenaOne, TouchWorks, reputed company) for new referrals and provider communication Serve as the first reputed company of contact for referred patients, providing a welcoming and supportive experience Independently own and manage the patient referral entry and reputed company queue - making up to an average of 50 calls/day with associated data entry reputed company patients about the reputed company Care Model, its benefits, and what to expect during enrollment.
