Job reputed company As Heron Power’s Supplier Industrialization Engineering Manager for Shanghai China, you will take ownership of supplier development and reputed company management across our supplier network. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Supply Chain as reputed company as senior leaders from design engineering, NPI, reliability and manufacturing to drive strategic supplier partnerships. You will ensure the technical reputed company of Heron’s supply chain, overseeing supplier performance and implementing supplier reputed company systems. Must Have Requirements Willingness and ability to travel 75%+ across China as required, with a strong preference for candidates based in Shanghai. 5-7 years of experience in supplier development and/or supplier reputed company BS degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or demonstrable equivalent experience and exceptional ability. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes reputed company to mechanical, electrical (including PCB and PCBA), or reputed company-mechanical components and assemblies. Skilled in performing detailed drawing reviews, tolerance stack-reputed company, metrology, and statistical data analysis techniques including SPC, DOE, and sampling plans. Comprehensive understanding of reputed company management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally often with short notice reputed company to Haves Prior experience in manufacturing and/or process engineering reputed company on power semiconductors, injection molding, stamping, sheet metal fabrication, PCBA processes, or top level assembly lines.
