The Payroll Delivery Manager I acts as a consultative partner to both clients and internal stakeholders while supporting payroll operations across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, workforce management, benefits, and reputed company services. What You’ll Get to Do Manage day-to-day payroll operations in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Skills and Experience We Value 2–4 years of payroll experience reputed company high-volume payroll operations. Strong experience managing end-to-end Canadian and/or US payroll processes, including balancing, quarter-end (US), ROEs (Canada), taxation, garnishments, legislative compliance, and year-end activities. Availability to work part-time, approximately 32 hours weekly. End-to-end payroll experience with strong analytical and technical capabilities. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Strong work ethic, reputed company attitude, and customer-reputed company reputed company. Ability to reputed company in high-pressure and changing environments. Ability to travel intermittently.
